（中央社記者顧荃台北10日電）台北市長柯文哲今天下午將赴台北市議會民進黨團報告，鬧出波卡風波的悠遊卡公司董事長戴季全將隨行，柯文哲坦言「他（戴）一定會被K的，那也沒辦法，我也沒辦法cover他」。
柯文哲上午出席校園巡守隊啟動儀式，會後受訪時作上述表示。
台北市議會14日開議，柯文哲下午前往議會先向民進黨團報告，台北悠遊卡公司日前發行日本AV女優波多野結衣的人物卡，引發軒然大波，勢必成為關注焦點。
柯文哲說，因為這會期是預算會期，下午要報告主要政策的預算以及施政報告，讓議員知道未來一年要做什麼。「反正逃得了和尚逃不了廟，先K先過關再講」。1040910
